With the dual crises of a pandemic and climate change front and center, and the ever-present unpredictability of market conditions, the architecture, engineering and construction community must design tall buildings to be more flexible and adaptive, for an environment that has become much less certain. This will mean a full deployment of all the tools available, from mechanical and digital technologies, to wall and desk systems, to new ways of organizing space and the work-life balance. Adaptation is the name of the game. This session brings together several of the key players to share their insights on their winning strategies.
