In recent years, organizations and buildings that promote “wellness” have become marketing assets for office and residential developers alike, and a means for companies to attract top talent and tenants. Today, with the emergence of a global pandemic, it is now society’s top priority, and designers, planners, owner/developers, and government officials must demonstrate that it is being taken seriously in order to remain viable. This session addresses how this paramount requirement is being addressed, through adjustments to physical space and operations, coupled with clear, consistent messaging.
