Public perception of tall buildings is shaped by a multitude of factors, but chief among these is how well the buildings suit their context—do they seem to add to its surrounding environs; or to detract, supporting the notion that skyscrapers are insular and lack connection to their cities at large? In this session, become familiar with ways in which three towers established a positive legacy through distinctive, yet interlinked channels, via strategies such as valuing community space, offering bold visual signatures and providing an abundance of interior greenery within an energy-efficient shell.
